Choose from Transference Healing; Shamanic Power Retrieval, Soul retrieval +/- Extraction; Medical Mediumship with Crystal skulls & a Shamanic Purification Ritual. I am currently only working remotely, but will be holding Fundamental Transference Healing training & be available for in person group & individual day retreats & 121 Bodywork sessions in 2025. Mystic & Medicine Woman

I assist those dedicated to spiritual growth to heal pain, improve their health & access their inner wisdom; empowering them to move fully into sovereignty.

Some of the key practices I use are Shamanism & Transference Healing (founded & channelled by Alexis Cartwright), which have brought about huge positive shifts in my life & support me in clearing unhelpful patterning, trauma & the birthing of new gifts & talents. Both can be included in all my programs, whether a membership, course or mentorship. 

I have many other sacred practices & methods to implement lasting change including: past-life regression, conscious connected breathwork, rebirthing, clearing protocols, inner dance, bodywork & more to cover every aspect of your healing. 

I offer both remote and in-person 121 & group healing & teaching sessions, channelled readings, mentoring & day retreats to help others shift their frequency and live a life of freedom, purpose & joy.

I am currently based in Whitley Bay, a coastal town of Newcastle. A spiritual & wellness haven. I travel to sites within the UK and abroad as guided, connecting to the energy channels of the earth, with the purpose of helping to clear distortions, retrieve wisdom & anchor in more light.
